There's no place like home for Soquel, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Harbor Pirates 72-24. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 23 points or more this season.

Soquel had a senior duo take command as Nolen Westfall went 8 of 15 on his way to 19 points and eight boards and Nico Ramirez posted 17 points in addition to six rebounds and five assists. The match was Ramirez's third in a row with at least 16 points. D'Rell Hopkins was another key player, putting up six points and 12 rebounds.

Soquel's win bumped their record up to 11-12. As for Harbor, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-16.

Soquel didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 45-30 victory against Scotts Valley on the 8th. Harbor has also already played their next game (against Aptos), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
