Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Saugerties). They put the hurt on the Roosevelt Presidents with a sharp 16-3 win on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Saugerties now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Saugerties will square off against rival Red Hook at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt is set to challenge their familiar foe Our Lady of Lourdes at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
