Jamison Seese Turns in Season-Best Performance
Heritage was led to victory by Jamison Seese, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Seese threw for 212 yards and seven touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 38 yards and a touchdown. He has become a key player for Heritage: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least three passing touchdowns, but 1-3 otherwise.
The win got Heritage back to even at 4-4. It'll be Battle of the Birds when Eagles dukes it out withHighlands Ranch at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Heritage was led to victory by Tanner Terch, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Terch picked up 135 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest reception was for an incredible 70 yards.
For the year, Terch has caught 10 touchdowns while averaging 93.4 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had four receiving touchdowns.

De'alcapon Veazy Dazzles in Ponderosa Victory
Ponderosa found a leader in De'Alcapon Veazy as the squad took down Golden on Friday. Veazy was dynamite, rushing for 169 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Ponderosa pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. Veazy and Ponderosa are on the road again on Friday to play Bear Creek at 4:00 p.m.

Dakota Ridge Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Landon Kalsbeck
Landon Kalsbeck was instrumental in extending Dakota Ridge's winning streak to seven on Thursday. Kalsbeck was unstoppable, rushing for 61 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, while also picking up 46 receiving yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up 0.5 sacks and making six total tackles.
Dakota Ridge's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-1. Kalsbeck will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant effort when he faces off against Golden on Friday.

Rounding off our Top Five is Brooks Hamlett of Highlands Ranch. Hamlett picked up 19 receiving yards and a touchdown.
