Rampart waltzed into their contest  on Tuesday with 17 straight wins... but they left with 18. They came out on top against the Doherty Spartans by a score of  3-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season,  with their most recent  win being a  3-0  victory  on October 2nd.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rampart to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Gabriella Melecio, who  had 12  digs and two  aces. Melecio has been hot, having  posted 12 or more  digs the last five times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Ellery Anderson, who  had 14  digs.
 They weren't the only good servers: Rampart  was lethal from the service line and  finished the match with ten  aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Doherty only  served four.
