Putnam County's 26-8 record from last season is now well into the rear view mirror after another tough outing. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 70-48 walloping at the hands of Princeton last Wednesday.
Meanwhile, Lowpoint-Washburn pushed their score all the way to 63 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 74-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of Flanagan-Cornell. Lowpoint-Washburn has not had much luck with Flanagan-Cornell recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Putnam County's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Lowpoint-Washburn, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
