Sierra won the last time they faced Riverdale and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Sierra Chieftains took their matchup with ease, bagging a 69-30 win over the Riverdale Cowboys. The Chieftains have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

Sierra's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Micah Goodman led the charge by putting up 16 points. Chayce Duerksen was another key player, posting 14 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Sierra and bumps their season record up to 18-7. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 1-22 Parlier and 9-11 Riverdale. As for Riverdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season.

Sierra wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 72-34 win against Caruthers on the 7th. As for Riverdale, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 74-47 victory against Parlier on the 7th.
