Basketball Recap: Hankinson Piles Up the Points Against Enderlin

Hankinson won the last time they faced Enderlin and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hankinson Pirates blew past the Enderlin Eagles 69-33. The Pirates have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 21 points or more this season.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jake Cimbura, who went 6 of 12 en route to 13 points in addition to six boards and three steals. Ethan Cimbura was another key player, putting up five points.

Hankinson pushed their record up to 10-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points per game. As for Enderlin, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Hankinson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 75-57 victory against Wilmot on the 30th. Enderlin has also already played their next matchup, a 57-49 defeat against Richland on the 31st.
