Hamilton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aubrey Sorrells, who scored 18 points along with five steals. Sorrells has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last 12 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Emily Jones, who scored 15 points along with eight assists and six rebounds.
Despite the defeat, Hackleburg saw an underclassman step up: Jordin Ware dropped a double-double on 11 points and 16 rebounds. Ware is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as she's now pulled down 12 or more in the last three games she's played.
