The Kamiak Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kamiak is hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
Last Friday, Kamiak was just a hair shy of victory and fell 14-13 to Mariner.
Meanwhile, Graham-Kapowsin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Bethel, posting a 38-7 win at home. Considering Graham-Kapowsin has won five matches by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Graham-Kapowsin relied on the efforts of Malachi Durant, who picked up 66 receiving yards and three touchdowns, and Daveon Superales, who threw for 155 yards and four touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes. Superales hasn't dropped below three passing touchdowns for four straight games.
Mariner's victory bumped their season record to 2-8 while Kamiak's loss dropped theirs to 1-8.
