Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jamestown). They walked away with a 59-52 victory over the Commodore Perry Panthers on Friday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Muskies as it put an end to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Jamestown's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Commodore Perry, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Jamestown didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 76-20 defeat against Sharpsville on the 27th. As for Commodore Perry, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 59-52 win against Reynolds on the 27th.
