Baseball Recap: Vista PEAK Prep Triumphs

After losing to Grandview the last time they met, Vista PEAK Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bison walked away with an 8-5 victory over the Wolves on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bison.

Eric Houser was excellent, going 1-for-4 with five RBI and one triple. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Domenic Montoya was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Vista PEAK Prep's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Grandview, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-6.

Vista PEAK Prep wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-7 loss against Lutheran on the 4th. As for Grandview, they have also already played their next matchup, a 7-1 victory against Castle View on the 2nd.
