After flying high against Harlan last Tuesday, Christian Fenger Academy came back down to earth. The Christian Fenger Academy Titans took a 66-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors on Friday. The Titans' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

KIPP Atlanta Collegiate got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Chane Bynum out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 boards. Bynum is crushing it when it comes to boards: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. Jayvon Johnson was another key player, dropping a double-double on 15 points and ten assists.

Christian Fenger Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-3.

Christian Fenger Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 61-35 victory against Shiloh on the 21st. As for KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-43 win against Prosser on the 21st.
