Football Recap: Belleview Skates Past Forest with Ease

Belleview barely beat Forest the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rattlers blew past the Wildcats 33-0 on Wednesday. The Rattlers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.

Hannah Mason was the offensive standout of the match as she threw for 106 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 84.6% of her passes, and also rushed for 35 yards and one score. What's more, she racked up 146.2 passer rating, the most she's had since back in March.

Belleview didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jordan Wehrmann and Cammi Satterfield. Wehrmann got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Belleview, bringing their record up to 12-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.5 points on average over those games. As for Forest, with the loss, they broke their six-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-3.

Belleview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Forest, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 13-0 victory against Lake Minneola on the 8th.
