They took down San Marcos HomeSchool 73-57. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Cornerstone Christian was led to victory by Joaquin Galindo and Griffin Plummer. Galindo dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds, while Plummer scored 24 points along with four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Plummer has scored at least 25% of Cornerstone Christian's points. Davis Mccray was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with ten rebounds.
Cornerstone Christian has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. As for San Marcos HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-10.
