Legacy Prep Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Brieger led the charge by scoring 14 points along with five assists and three steals. Brieger has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Molly Steed was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Cypress Christian's loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-6. As for Legacy Prep Christian Academy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 17-11.
