Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Raton). They walked away with a 61-52 win over the Maxwell Bears on Thursday. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 43-21 victory the Bears walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.

Raton's win bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Maxwell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Raton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-19 defeat against Clayton on the 14th. Maxwell has also already played their next game, a 55-24 victory against Non Varsity Opponent on the 14th.
