The Wyomissing Spartans will venture away from home to challenge the Pottsville Crimson Tide at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Wyomissing is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.8 runs per game this season.

Pottsville got a massive performance out of Aubrey Scanlan, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI and two runs. Those four RBI gave Scanlan a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jes Siminitus, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Pottsville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .586. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Our Lady of Lourdes Regional only posted an OBP of .000.
Pottsville now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Wyomissing, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
