The Flintridge Prep Wolves are taking a road trip to  square off against the University Trojans  at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Flintridge Prep will be strutting in after a  victory while University will be coming in after a  loss.
On Friday, Flintridge Prep beat Providence 8-4. The  win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Pioneers: they've now won four in a row.

 Aidan Tan looked comfortable as he  tossed 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. He has become a key player for Flintridge Prep: the team is 2-1 when he allows at  most  two  hits, but 1-10 otherwise.
 At the plate,  Calvin Chen was  excellent,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3. What's more,  he posted three  RBI, the most he's  had since back in April of 2024.  Gavin Fong also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
 Flintridge Prep  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .531. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Providence only posted  an  OBP of  .344.
 Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for University's offense. They took  a  4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Sage Hill on Friday.
 Flintridge Prep's record now sits at 3-11. As for University, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-8.
