Saratoga scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Little Snake River Rattlers by a score of 85-82. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Panthers have suffered since January 16th.

Bridger Cozzens was a one-man wrecking crew for Little Snake River as he went 14-for-27 en route to 35 points and three steals. Those 35 points gave Cozzens a new career-high. Tymber Cozzens was another key player, putting up 17 points and six assists.

Saratoga has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. As for Little Snake River, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers take on the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Saratoga is facing North Park at the right time seeing as North Park is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Little Snake River, they will head out on the road to challenge Encampment at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
