La Joya extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 3-0. They strolled past the Pace Vikings with points to spare, taking the game 63-48. This was payback for the Coyotes, who suffered a 44-42 loss the last time these two teams met.

Coming up, La Joya will take on Alice at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pace, they will square off against Economedes at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 841 yards in their previous games.
