Ryan Giffins gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April of 2024 on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over six innings pitched. Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
