Softball Recap: Thunder Basin Victorious

While Thunder Basin's victory against Sheridan wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bolts had just enough and edged out the Broncs 8-6. The Bolts haven't had any issues with the Broncs recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Izzy Carter was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. Madlyn Means was another key player, getting on base in three of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases and two runs.

Thunder Basin's victory bumped their record up to 15-2. As for Sheridan, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4-1.

Thunder Basin will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Broncs: the pair will be back at it again later today.
