It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the West Broward Bobcats had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They managed a 65-61 win over the Falcons. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
West Broward got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Matthew Martinez out in front who scored 21 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jace Galvez, who scored 14 points along with three steals.
The win got West Broward back to even at 10-10. As for Flanagan, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-16.
West Broward didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 70-49 defeat vs. Hialeah Gardens on the 8th. Flanagan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
