Prairie Heights has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  face off against the Churubusco Eagles at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Churubusco took a loss in their last  game and will be looking to turn the tables on Prairie Heights, who comes in off a win.
 Prairie Heights will head into Saturday's  match having proved themselves against Elkhart Christian Academy: Prairie Heights barely beat Elkhart Christian Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went Prairie Heights' way against Elkhart Christian Academy on Saturday as Prairie Heights made off with  a  10-4 victory. That six run margin sets a new team best for Prairie Heights this season.
  Austin White made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only two  hits over four innings pitched. White was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with a  triple and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Caleb Freed was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Brayden Helmuth, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Churubusco was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They lost  11-0 to Heritage. The shutout was out of character for Churubusco seeing as the last time the team failed to score was  back in March.
 Churubusco saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Luke Brown, who  went 2-for-2 with a  double.
 Prairie Heights' win bumped their record up to 3-12. As for Churubusco, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14-1.
 The pitchers for both teams better look sharp  on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Prairie Heights has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 4.5  stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Churubusco struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 2.7. The only question left is which team can snag more.
 Prairie Heights couldn't quite finish off Churubusco in their previous matchup  back in May of 2023 and fell  4-2. Can Prairie Heights avenge their  defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
