The Titans not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 22nd (when they won 7-0).
Union got a great performance from Brody Iverson as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over six innings pitched. Iverson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Cole Christensen, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Drew Hertenstein, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
Union's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Camas, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
