Savage have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will take on Mandaree at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Savage are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
After a disappointing 6 points in their last match, Savage made sure to put some points up on the board against Carter County two weeks ago. Savage walked away with a 63-53 win over Carter County. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.
Meanwhile, Mandaree were out to avenge their 12-52 defeat to Center-Stanton from the last time they squared off against one another, but they had no such luck. Mandaree were completely outmatched, falling 22-66 to Center-Stanton.
Savage were fully in charge the last time the two teams met, breezing past Mandaree 98-0. Will Savage repeat their success, or does Mandaree have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
