Two dominant guards in Amonte Mobley and Aaron Hernandez are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Dymally Challengers will be playing at home against the Workman Lobos at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Dymally entered their tilt with the Saints with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Dymally strolled past the Saints with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 49-32.
Gerald Coland was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 17 rebounds. Mobley was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, Workman scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 85-52 victory over University Prep Value at home. Workman has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 24 points or more this season.
Dymally has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-13 record this season. As for Workman, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-9.
