Holland had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 16 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They snuck past the Forest Hills Eastern Hawks with a 51-47 victory. While the Dutch didn't have the best season last year (they finished 8-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Holland's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for Forest Hills Eastern, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holland and West Ottawa will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Forest Hills Eastern, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on East Grand Rapids at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
