Rockledge and Eau Gallie squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but sadly Rockledge had to settle for second. They fell just short of Eau Gallie by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Rockledge has lost by exactly a single goal.
Rockledge has not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8-1 record this season. As for Eau Gallie, their win bumped their record up to 4-8-4.
Rockledge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Eau Gallie will be playing in front of their home fans against Merritt Island at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Merritt Island is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
