The Meadows School won the last time they faced Green Valley and Uzo Nwapa did his part to make sure it happened again. The Mustangs strolled past the Gators with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 48-33 thanks in part to Nwapa, who posted 24 points. His evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 24 points.

When it comes to explaining why Green Valley lost, don't look at Lamarcus Carter. Despite the final result, he had 12 points and four steals. Another player making a difference was Gasim Yousif, who scored four points and six rebounds.

The victory got The Meadows School back to even at 1-1.

The Meadows School wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 72-64 win against Basic on the 4th. As for Green Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-64 defeat against Shadow Ridge on the 3rd.
