After a string of three wins, Klein Cain's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They lost to the Klein Oak Panthers at home by a 56-40 margin. If the Hurricanes were looking for revenge after losing 42-33 to the Panthers when the teams met back in January, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Klein Cain's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Klein Oak, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Klein Cain will square off against rival Tomball Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Klein Oak is set to challenge their familiar foe Klein Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
