The Fall Creek Crickets entered their tilt with the Cadott Hornets with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. Fall Creek took their contest on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 66-32 victory over Cadott. Fall Creek has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 23 points or more this season.
Cadott's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Taylor Hager, who scored 14 points along with six steals. Emma Kowalczyk was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with seven rebounds.
Fall Creek pushed their record up to 19-3 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Cadott, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-13.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fall Creek will take on Colfax at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Cadott, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Columbus Catholic at 7:15 p.m. on February 15th. Hopefully Cadott focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 24 on Friday.
