Woodlawn Prep has gone 10-0 against Prentiss Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Woodlawn Prep Wolfpack are taking a road trip to take on the Prentiss Christian Saints at 7:00 p.m. Woodlawn Prep will be strutting in after a victory while Prentiss Christian will be coming in after a defeat.

Woodlawn Prep took a loss when they played away from home back in December of 2024, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They blew past Tensas Academy 82-33. The Wolfpack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Cole Sinclair was his usual excellent self, going 17 for 27 on his way to 45 points and three steals. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Braylon Reed, who almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine assists.

Meanwhile, Prentiss Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 58-25 loss at the hands of Lamar Christian. While losing is never fun, the Saints can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 295th, while the Lions are ranked 94th).

Woodlawn Prep pushed their record up to 18-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points per game. As for Prentiss Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything came up roses for Woodlawn Prep against Prentiss Christian in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 75-31 victory. In that matchup, Woodlawn Prep amassed a halftime lead of 47-9, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Monday.
