Conroe strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They walked away with a 62-53 win over the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns.

Several Longhorns players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mikal Brown, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dmitri Hill, who shot 45% from the field en route to 12 points.

Conroe's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Hamshire-Fannett, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Conroe and Splendora will face off at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. As for Hamshire-Fannett, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against West Orange-Stark at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
