After a string of four wins, Southwest EC's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. Neither they nor the Granite Hills Eagles could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept Southwest EC happy, as they haven't lost a game since November 16th.

Their goal came courtesy of ALEJANDRO ORTIZ, which was the first he's scored this season.

With that draw, Southwest EC's record moves to 4-1-1. As for Granite Hills, they moved theirs to 1-2-1.

Southwest EC wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Brawley on the 14th. As for Granite Hills, they will be home for the holidays to greet El Camino at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. El Camino's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
