Belton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gaven Blaise, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points along with eight assists and four steals. Blaise has become a key player for Belton: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least three steals, but 7-12 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayce Maiden, who shot 64% from the field en route to 19 points.
Belton's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-13.
