Parkway Center City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They were three points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 60-57 heartbreaker at the hands of the Maritime Academy Charter Seadogs. One positive for the Bulldogs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Maritime Academy Charter's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jermaine Boone-Williams led the charge by going 8 of 13 on his way to 21 points. The dominant performance gave Boone-Williams a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadin Aviles, who posted 14 points in addition to seven boards and five assists.

Parkway Center City's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Maritime Academy Charter, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Parkway Center City and Thomas A. Edison will face off at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played. Parkway Center City has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Maritime Academy Charter and George Washington will compete for holiday cheer at 3:15 p.m. on Friday.
