Starks has gone a perfect 10-0 against Singer recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panthers will face off against the Hornets at 4:00 p.m. Starks is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
Starks managed to slip by Evans the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Eagles on Tuesday, falling 9-1.

Brylie Smith spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and six unearned) runs on nine hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Starks saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynslee Stinson, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.
Singer came out on top against Welsh on Wednesday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run second inning. The Hornets blew past the Greyhounds 10-1.
Lilly Braneff made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits. Braneff was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Hanna Johnson, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February. Charleigh Zaunbrecher was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI.
Singer is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-12 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Starks, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
Starks got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against Singer by a conclusive 17-7 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
