Even though Roma has not done well against Cigarroa recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. Roma secured a 37-32 W over Cigarroa.
Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Mission Veterans Memorial in a 54-35 win over Juarez-Lincoln on Tuesday.
Roma's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-5. As for Mission Veterans Memorial, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
