The Independence Eagles lost to the Ravenwood Raptors back in February of 2023, but the Independence Eagles didn't allow the Ravenwood Raptors the same satisfaction on Wednesday. Independence walked away with a 42-35 victory over the Raptors.

Independence's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-12. As for Ravenwood, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
Independence will be playing at home against the Admirals at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Franklin has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Ravenwood, they and the Patriots will face off at 6:00 p.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
