Hillsboro had won seven straight games and Amyah Werth did her part to make it eight on Saturday. The Trojans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Moundridge Wildcats for which the team can thank Werth, who had 14 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 17 games she's played.

Hillsboro didn't let Moundridge take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-22.

Hillsboro's victory bumped their record up to 32-9. As for Moundridge, their loss dropped their record down to 38-3-1.

As of now, neither Hillsboro nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
