Goessel lost to Centre 62-14 last week, the largest margin of any game. Chase Flaming was a bright spot for the Bluebirds, as he threw for 60 yards and ran for 38 yards in the defeat.

Kevin Baatrup was the best wideout in the league this week as Peabody-Burns beat White City. Baatrup racked up 3 receptions for 97 yards. Clayton Philpott helped Peabody-Burns' passing attack out by catching 2 balls for 67 yards.
Zack Melius was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 19 carries, he ran for 183 yards as Wakefield beat the Huskies. Teammate Bryce Franks added to the ground attack by rushing for 79 yards.
Braxton Kyle made the biggest impact on defense this week as Peabody-Burns topped White City. The 6-foot-0 junior pulled down 2 interceptions.
Kyle was a passing and rushing force as David Pickens' team beat John Keating's team. He completed 5 passes for 164 yards and 2 touchdowns and also ran for 34 yards.
Colton Shirack put up the best numbers through the air as Solomon defeated Hope. He finished with a total of 4 completions for 88 yards and 3 touchdowns. Shirack's favorite target this week was Blake Homman, who caught 2 passes for 48 yards.
He went 4-10 with 1 interceptions.
