MacArthur lost against Coppell back in November of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cardinals took a 67-61 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cowboys. The Cardinals' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

MacArthur's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Coppell, their win was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Coming up, MacArthur will take on Churchill at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Coppell, they will face off against Leadership Prep at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The Cowboys will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.8 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
