Leonardtown is 2-7 against the Chargers since December of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Leonardtown Raiders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Lackey Chargers at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

Despite the defeat, Leonardtown saw an underclassman step up: Elijah Miller scored 20 points. Miller hasn't dropped below 15 points for six straight games. Carlyle Glover was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.
Meanwhile, Lackey's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 75-48 loss at the hands of Chopticon.
Leonardtown's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Lackey, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season.
