With a playoff win on the line, Blue Valley Southwest rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Lansing Lions. Winning may never get old, but the Timberwolves sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Hailie Vaughn paced Blue Valley Southwest's offense, picking up ten kills. Vaughn got some help from Catlin Shao and her 18 assists. Taylor Stanley controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Blue Valley Southwest's victory bumped their record up to 37-4. As for Lansing, their loss dropped their record down to 29-10.

Blue Valley Southwest has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Saint Thomas Aquinas on the 1st. As for Lansing, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Maize South on the 1st.
