One of them was Jenna Kennell, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Kennell is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Another was Amanda Morris, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
Even though they lost, Atmore Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .600. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Aletheia Christian Academy only posted a batting average of .222.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Atmore Christian will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while.
