Softball Recap: Monday's Win Is Willcox's Eighth in Last Nine Outings

Willcox won the last time they faced Valley Union and things went their way on Monday too. The Cowboys blew past the Blue Devils 14-2. Considering the Cowboys have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Emma McWilliams, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave her a new career-high. Maley Allred also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.
