The Hydaburg Warriors's game back in December of 2023 was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against Gustavus by a score of 51-38. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hydaburg also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2023.
Several Foxes players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Tucker Kelly, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Phin Patrick, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Hydaburg's victory ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1. As for Gustavus, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
