Leading George Washington to victory were Jeremiah Trimm and Jordan Dotson. Trimm scored 18 points, while Dotson scored 18 points along with seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Dotson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Tre Borne, who scored five points along with five assists and three steals.
George Washington's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-7. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points per game. As for Hinkley, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. George Washington will take on the Wolverines at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Chaparral presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Patriots in Colorado (the Wolverines are ranked seventh, while the Patriots are ranked 48th). As for Hinkley, they will play host again and welcome the Ravens, where tip off is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Denver South has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 270 points over their last four contests.
