Trey Robinson ran for a touchdown in the second quarter, paving the way for victory over
Dutch Fork (Irmo, S.C.) 45-21.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Robinson in the second quarter, the Cavaliers led 21-14 at the half.
Dorman expanded its lead to 24 points entering the fourth quarter. DHS scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by
Michael Nze.
The Roebuck school's most effective player was Nze. The senior running back ran for three touchdowns.
The defeat comes as a step back for Dutch Fork, which notched a 49-42 victory over Rock Hill in its previous outing. The loss snapped the Silver Foxes' 2-game winning streak.
In a AAAA Region II game next week Dorman (3-1) takes on Gaffney, and Dutch Fork (2-2) will go up against Goose Creek in a non-conference game.
